Mr. Hani Mohammed Al Zubair (Chairman)

Mr Al Zubair has extensive knowledge and experience in financial, investment and business management. He started his career working in investment banking in Geneva and then moved to Morgan Grenfell Bank in London before joining OMINVEST in Oman.
As well as his work with The Zubair Corporation, he is a member of several Boards; Oman Arab Bank, National Training Fund and Oman Switzerland Friendship Association. He holds the position of Chairman of Fund for the Development of Youth Projects (Sharakah), and Vice-Chairman of both the National Finance Company and the National College of Automotive Technology. He is also a Member of the Advisory Committee for the National CEO Program.
He previously held the position of Chairman at OMINVEST and served on the Boards of Commercial Bank of Oman, Muscat Finance Company and FINCORP.
Mr Al Zubair was nominated by the Government to represent the Private Sector on the Boards of Government-owned Hotels. He represented the Oman Chamber of Commerce & Industry as a member of the team for meetings of the Indian Ocean Rim – Association for Regional Co-operation, and also served on the regional board of the Young Arab Leaders.
Hani holds Bachelor degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from Richmond University, UK. He is also a keen sportsman.

Mr. Said Salim Al Sahib (Vice Chairman)

Said Al Sahib has rich experience of over 25 years of handling independently the business development role, dealing with leading national and international organizations in public and private sectors. He is focused on achieving bottom-line results in intensely competitive environments. His strengths are in the areas of multi-culture adaptability change management, organizer skills and motivational leadership, with established record of success in sector strategy and operational solutions delivery on a global scale with differentiating value proposition and impact. He has widely travelled including actively participating in delegations as a representative of the private sector. He started his career in the Government closely involved in economic planning affairs. 

Said had his initial education in financial services, and holds a Master of Arts Degree in International Business Finance, and Executive Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership from Charter Management Institute (CMI), UK.

Mr. Nasser Mohammed Al Hajiri (Director)

General Manager - Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of Corporate Affairs at National Bank of Oman (NBO). A wide range of Management & Leadership experiences for more than 23 years out of which 17 years have been in key leadership roles comprising of Strategic Human Resources Management, Business Planning & Operation management, Project Management, Procurement & Contracts Management, Finance and Information Technology.

Mr. Pankaj Khimji (Director)

An Omani technocrat businessman with the focus to leverage the immense business potential of emerging Oman to the larger benefits of the Omani society. Fifty two years old Building construction engineer by qualification is a highly experienced businessman with extensive exposure in multi varied public and private responsibilities at the advisory level. Continuously worked and contributed at the macro level for the betterment of larger society. Director: Fund for Development of Youth Projects (SAOC): As the responsible citizen of the nation, have contributed immensely towards providing new impetus to the Youth development through this Organization.

Mr. Hani Habib Abdul Nabi Macki (Director)

Mr. Macki presently is the Assistant General Manager and Head of Strategic Business Development of Bank Dhofar. He has extensive experience with local and International Banks in Oman and abroad. He has over 21 years of management experience in Strategy, Credit Analysis, Marketing, Sales, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Customer Service and Real Estate. Hani also heads a project with Oman 2040 Vision. He was a board of director in various organizations such as Environment Society of Oman, Salaam Insurance, Munawala.

Mr. Rashad Jaffar Al Shaikh (Director)

Rashad has over 16 years of banking experience in the areas of Investment Banking, Corporate & SME Banking and Retail Banking. He currently holds the role of Deputy Group Head- Retail Banking at Oman Arab Bank. He graduated from the University of Central Florida, Orlando, USA with a Bachelor Degree majoring in Finance.

Mr. Qais Mahmood Al-Khonji (Director)

Qais Al Khonji is an Omani businessman and entrepreneur. He is the founder of Qais United Enterprises Trading and Genesis International. He serves as a board member for many Omani companies and is known for assisting Omani citizens with overcoming the hurdles of starting small businesses in the country. Qais Al-Khonji graduated from Atlantic College in Wales in 1998, obtaining his IB in two years. Following his graduation, he moved to Leicester, England that same year and finished his Bachelor’s degree in business information systems in De Montfort University.

In 2010, Qais decided to begin his own business, Qais United, which was a simple trading company that bought goods from China and sold them to individuals.

In the year 2012, Qais established his second company (Genesis International), which is currently providing IT solutions, in addition to trying to implement the so-called (Smart City), which should facilitate electronic payment of bills for water and electricity within a certain population range. The company is now seeking to try to apply this system in the Omani capital Muscat and some parts of India.

In 2013, Qais established a successful enhanced oil recovery business called Genesis Projects and Investments LLC - EOR Lab Services and he is currently running it.

Also, Al-Khonji, a board member of Oman National Engineering & Investment CO. since 2009, a board member of Sharakah which specifically encourages and supports the development of entrepreneurs and SMEs in the Oman since 2011. Qais is also a board member of Muscat National Holding since 2013.

He has also been recognized by his government as a representative of the country and was appointed as a member of the Entrepreneurs` Organization to meet with former Indian President Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam to discuss Indian-Omani business relations.

He is also the co-owner and CEO of Genesis International, a medical education company based in Oman.
