Chief Executive Officer
Ali Muqaibal, who holds a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and an MBA from INSEAD, is an executive leader with over 20 years of extensive experience in various fields such as corporate and investment strategy, portfolio management, and digital transformation in both Consumer and Enterprise sectors.
He possesses outstanding international business acumen, having expanded Omani enterprises globally and served on the boards of various international organizations.
His vast experience includes prominent roles at Shell Oman Marketing Company SAOG, Occidental Oman, Oman Oil Company, and Oman Oil Marketing Company, among others. Additionally, Ali is a passionate business executive and thought leader, contributing articles on business investment and strategy to reputable media outlets. In his leisure time, he channels his energy into sports like football and bodybuilding.
His dynamic career mirrors his personal life, marked by discipline and creativity, as evidenced by his interest in cartooning.
DINKAR KISHOR

Dinkar is a seasoned professional with over 24 years of diverse experience in financing across various sectors.
Holding an Undergraduate degree in Humanities from Chandigarh, India, he furthered his education with an MBA and Bachelor of Law from Patna, India. Dinkar’s career journey includes notable roles at Sahara India Group, Indian Express, and SIDBI.
With expertise in SME, retail, and development finance, he excels in business development banking, project financing, and international collaborations, such as with the Swiss Development Corporation.
Dinkar’s leadership has been pivotal in revitalizing business models, exemplified by his work with Sharakah.
Umaima Al Ghadani
Investments Manager
Umaima Al Ghadani is a seasoned Investment Manager with a proven track record in the financial services sector.
Holding an MBA and a bachelor’s in Accounting, she is also an ACIFE holder from ETHICA (Advanced Certified Islamic Finance Executive). Her expertise lies in business analysis, financial planning, project implementation, Projects Valuation, and Deals structuring.
Umaima is deeply passionate about guiding entrepreneurs from the inception stage, helping them develop a business plan, and ensuring successful project execution.
Layaq Ali Mohammed
Head of Finance
Layaq Ali Mohammad serves as the Head of Finance at Sharakah. He holds an MBA in finance and marketing, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in commerce, and brings 15 years of Gulf experience across diverse industries including manufacturing, trading, services, food, retail, and investment.
Proficient in various ERP platforms, he oversees financial operations encompassing budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting. Collaborating with teams, he enhances financial performance, manages cash flow, and implements cost-saving measures.
He ensures accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulations, manages financial reporting processes, analyzes data for strategic decision-making, and optimizes overall financial performance.
Rawan Al Nazwani

Rawan Al Nazwani is an accomplished professional serving as the SME Development Manager, recognized for her dedication and results-oriented approach.

Tahra Al Ajmi
HEAD OF MARKETING
Tahra Al Ajmi is a seasoned marketing professional with a 10 years of experience in corporate marketing, campaign leadership, event coordination, e-commerce, and customer relations. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing at Sharakah.
She has spearheaded major projects including rebranding, digitization, and customer experience enhancement. Her role involves executing an always-on digital & social media strategy, organizing events, creating impactful communication campaigns, and blending digital initiatives with event management for successful outcomes.
Tahra’s accomplishments include managing a range of community events, CSR initiatives, and public events, overseeing mall branding, and launching community apps. She pioneered Oman’s Ladies Golf Open and spearheaded youth programs for sports education and co managed the E sport Pavilion at Muscat Nights Festival . With a BA (Hons) in Marketing Management, Graduate of the National Leadership Program by the Royal Academy and certifications in Strategic Branding, Digital Marketing, and Leadership, Tahra’s dynamic approach continues to drive growth and success.

Dr. Dina is an Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department at the University of Khartoum, holding a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution. With a distinction, he earned his M.Sc. in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from the University of Birmingham, UK, following a first-class Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Khartoum.
Dr. Dina serves as an SME development expert at Sharakah, the fund for development youth projects.
He has held various leadership roles including Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Head of the Industrial Development Section at the University of Khartoum. With expertise in entrepreneurship, SME development, and incubation systems, he is an accredited mentor by AIECI, UNIDO, and Bahrain.

Houriya Al-Shohoumi is a customer relations officer. She holds a higher diploma in human resources from the Middle East College. She has many achievements in the field of real estate and academic marketing and great knowledge in the field of human resources.
She is also distinguished by her experience in customer service at Infoline Company (Information Line), by concluding agreements and winning customers. And the success of contracts, she has leadership and creative skills thanks to her continuous experience.
