Sharakah’s real-world business simulation workshop Zaad Al Ruwaad receives great response

Muscat: Offering an invaluable simulation of real-world business scenarios Sharakah, Oman’s leading SME development company, recently organised a two-day workshop entitled “Zaad Al Ruwaad” at the Crowne Plaza – Muscat located at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Hosted in collaboration with National Finance Company, the event attracted a diverse audience comprised of entrepreneurs, students, and others with an interest in business.

The workshop marked a milestone as it was the first in-person iteration following five previous events held online.

This unique workshop provided a realistic and in-depth simulation of the business world, guiding participants through the complexities of initiating their own ventures. Participants were guided through the various stages of initiating their own business ventures, tackling both opportunities and challenges that mirror the actualities of project management.

The curriculum was comprehensive, covering vital aspects such as optimal site selection, financial budgeting, human resources planning, and pricing strategies for products or services. It also dealt with the overall operational facets of a business venture.
