Muscat: Sharakah, Oman’s premier SME development successfully hosted a two-day event named Zaad Al Ruwaad at the Crowne Plaza – Muscat located at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre. This initiative, a collaborative effort with National Finance Company, assembled a wide range of participants including entrepreneurs, academicians, and business enthusiasts.
This distinctive workshop provided a thorough and hands-on representation of the business world, guiding attendees through the intricacies of launching their own businesses. It took them through each phase, facing opportunities and obstacles that closely resemble the realities of project management.
The program was wide-ranging, addressing essential elements like choosing the best site, managing finances, planning human resources, and pricing strategies for products or services. It also covered the overall operational components of a business venture.
