Eligibility
For Purchaser
The purchaser of goods / services from the seller shall be large companies, having a good market standing and impeccable record of making payments to its suppliers within the agreed credit period
The scheme will cover bills arising out of purchase of indigenous components / parts / sub-assemblies / accessories / intermediaries manufactured by SMEs (including units undertaking job-work) and any services rendered by them. The purchaser shall make payments directly to Sharakah within the credit period notified on the invoice / bill
The purchaser of goods and services should have a turnover exceeding OMR 5 million per year.
The purchaser of goods /services should demonstrate a good financial record
For Seller
Companies in the SME Sector supplying goods or providing services like transportation, repairs, maintenance, computerization, canteen services, advertising, publicity, construction contractors, etc. to large purchaser companies will be covered.
The company should be in existence for at least one year.
Company should have earned Net Profit in the previous year/s.
Company should not be in default to banks / financial institutions.
Company should agree to a credit check via Malaa
