Muscat: Sharakah, Oman’s leading SME development company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Value Experts LLC, a professional valuation and advisory firm operating across Oman and the GCC. The partnership aims to enhance access to structured financial advisory and funding support for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) seeking financing solutions.
The MoU establishes a collaborative framework through which Value Experts LLC will refer eligible SME clients to Sharakah for potential financing. Referred SMEs will benefit from tailored financing solutions aligned with their growth objectives and financial requirements, following Sharakah’s due diligence processes and internal approvals.
Under the agreement, Value Experts will be engaged through separate arrangements to provide financial advisory services to referred SMEs. These services include due diligence support, financial analysis, and advisory assignments, ensuring that businesses are well prepared to meet funding requirements and make informed financial decisions. This structured approach strengthens SMEs’ financial readiness and improves their access to sustainable financing.
